Welcome to the Association Of Pencak Silat America. The AOPSA is dedicated to the promotion and spread of Pencak Silat across the United States. This website is here for Pencak Silat players and non-Pencak players alike to come together as a family and share there thoughts, ideas, and events pertaining to Pencak Silat. This is not a place for "Egos" or "Politics". You will only find quality Pencak Silat with a lineage that can be accurately traced back to Indonesia, Malaysia, or other Southeast Asian country which holds a valid home for Pencak Silat.
The AOPSA is a non-profit association with the goal of spreading the art of Pencak Silat across the U.S. The long-term hope of AOPSA is that one day the International Pencak Silat Federation PERSILAT will one day help fund the touring of masters and grandmasters across the United States.
